Coding errors in Bogan's JavaScript
The following coding errors
were found in Larry Bogan's JavaScript in 2002:
- XO=1/Math.sqrt(1.0- Math.pow(Math.sin(ZZ)/(1.0+(20.0/6378.0)),2));
- KA=KA*Math.pow((1-.32/Math.log(RH/100.0)),1.33)*(1+0.33*SL*Math.sin(RA))
- BT=BT*(100/RS)*(1.0-10.0^(-.4*K(I)*X))
- BL=B[2]/1.02e-3;
//convert to nanolamberts
This is more a 'warning': as the present 1.11 value is
not far off.
- MN=-16.57-2.5*(Math.log(TH)/Math.log(10))-DM[2]+5.0*(Math.log(SN)/Math.log(10));
All were corrected in 2002, but the second one was reintroduced
between 2002 and 2012.
