This site needs quite rugged going and the
visit will take place if there's less than 50% cloud cover.
There's a photograph
of a northern moonset earlier this year. The frosty skies seem best
suited for these observations.

Event: Moon set
This will be best viewable from the south side of the River
Boyne
(from Mound A towards Newgrange, Mound A is on private property). At
the height of
Roughgrange Farm, you can see Mound A and
Newgrange in one line.
That is a good spot.
