Radials

One of the compositions, which are present at several sites in Ireland, are build around a circles(s), radials and dots outside this circle. Some people refer to them as 'sundial' (like Brennan [1983]) or 'calendar' (like Thomas [1988]). At this moment I do not want to link a specific meaning to these petroglyphs, and just describe them as 'radials'.
For the 'radials' found, I have given them attributes according to the following scheme:
